About Dr. Tammy Cashion

Did you know that today's DC (Doctor of Chiropractic) is well educated. After undergraduate study (like other types of doctors), DC's receive still another 4 years of postgraduate college education! Meet your favorite family of chiropractors in Centreville Virginia - We've been practicing for over two decades and our education continues.

Dr. Tammy was born in Rahway, New Jersey in 1962. She attended Frostburg University in Maryland for her undergraduate education, earning a B.A. in Biology. She worked as a junior epidemiologist for the Exxon Corporation for a year before returning to school to earn her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Cashion studied basic sciences at the New York Chiropractic College and completed her clinic chiropractic training at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and was awarded the special honor of the Clinical Excellence Award. Dr. Cashion worked as an associate doctor in a family chiropractic practice in Gainesville, GA before relocating to Virginia to start CFHC. Dr. Cashion brings her clinical expertise to CFHC, which is enhanced by incorporating neuromuscular re-education. Dr. Cashion attends nationwide seminars to stay current on the latest advances in chiropractic and medicine. She holds licenses in VA, MD, FL, and GA.
