Relieve Back Pain With Proper Nutrition

Back pain can flare up for many reasons. A few things to consider when trying to overcome back pain are diet, posture, exercise, and seeking proper treatment. Many people experience back pain at some point in their life. Unfortunately, the common assumption is that the only option available is to visit a doctor. There are other options to look into before one decides to treat their back pain with meds and/or surgery.Being overweight or obese is a common cause of low back pain. Most people do not realize they are actually overweight and that their food could be the culprit behind it all. A proper diet will help reduce inflammation within the body. Poor nutrition increases inflammation within the body which opens the door for sickness, disease, weight gain and pain. Cutting back on red meat, dairy, sugar, processed foods, sodas, white breads, and white pastas will help reduce inflammation. Start focusing on eating more fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes, and other alkaline forming foods.
